Charles has lived the journey from specialist to business responsible himself. He co-founded two startups—one in automotive tech, the other in consulting—and led global teams in Sales, HR, Finance, and Marketing.

These experiences taught him how leadership and business responsibility feel in very different contexts, from fast-moving startups to corporate environments. Today, his mentees hold senior roles across industries, heading departments, business units, and key projects worldwide.

With Better Boss Co., he now aims to provide mentoring to the next generation of leaders – helping them to navigate their own path with clarity and confidence.

Nils has over seven years of international team experience and three years of building a mentoring program for more than 250 employees.

With a background in Software Engineering, Project Management, and global team building, Nils combines technical depth with a sharp eye for people and systems. Along the way, he has taken on direct P&L responsibility, contributed to successful M&A projects, and guided more than a dozen colleagues into leadership roles of their own.

Today, he draws on this unique mix of technical and human experience to support emerging leaders in growing with confidence.
